Krosno Branch of Polish Amateur Astronomers Society in cooperation with School Tourist Club "Hamak" at Gimnazjum Nr 2 z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza in Jaslo organize observations of this event for pupils. We are looking for participation from all the world to measure Astronomical Unit. W    During Venus transit it will be another transit ...  ISS will pass through the Sun - in Krosno and SE of Jaslo we could see  ISS passing in front of Venus, duration of event is about 1 second (Venus 0,02s) -more data (in Polish) special thanks for Wojtek Burzynski - O/PTMA Białystok

Results:

We have measured II and III contact. Unfortunately there were clouds during IV contact. Over 1000 persons have seen presentations!
